Overview
A skylight lights rooms from above, which is especially useful for corridors, stairwells and interior rooms that never get a window.
We design the frame, curb and glazing so the skylight sits tight on the roof, drains water away and keeps the heat under control.

Common questions
Will a skylight make the room too hot?
Glass choice matters. Tinted and low heat gain glass reduces the sun load while still letting daylight in.
Does it leak in heavy rain?
A properly flashed and sealed skylight should not. Waterproofing is part of every installation.
